Customer Services Executive
 

We have exciting opportunity for full time, experienced Customer Services Executive to join Nectar Imports Ltd.

The Role

The start date for this role will be either 2nd December 2019 or 6th January depending on your availability. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be tasked with providing frontline telephone and email support to our customers. You will quickly understand their bespoke requirements and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure a high standard of service and response.

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Taking and processing customer orders and resolving any queries
  • Working in close contact with other Nectar teams to ensure customer orders are delivered in time and in full
  • Contributing actively to achieving department service levels and targets
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Nectar's products and be able to share this knowledge with the customer
  • Identify opportunities to develop sales to existing customers by selling in additional products and categories in conjunction with Company objectives and strategy.

 

About You

Successful candidates will have proven customer service skills and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build outstanding relationships with customers. You will have a good standard of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy. You will understand and demonstrate the skills required to work effectively in a team. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in the drinks industry is highly desirable.

Demand Planner 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our busy team at Nectar Imports Ltd.

 

The Role

Responsible for forecasting supply and demand, maintaining stock levels within agreed budgets to ensure adequate stocks are available of our full range at all times. Analysing sales and volume trends, assessing our forecasting to support with improved stock management.

This is a new role to the Nectar family and therefore would suit someone who is extremely pro-active, who will get stuck in and drive forecasting, working with all areas of the business and providing analysis to support the Senior Management team with business decisions.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

Planning

  • Responsible for developing a monthly and annual demand forecast for each SKU
  • Work closely with the buyers to enable stock to be purchased from alternative sources and to buy ahead of price increase, and to take advantage of any promotions
  • Ensure regular space planning of the warehouse is worked out and considered with the Warehouse Manager
  • Continuously monitor our stock levels and react as required when re-order point is triggered to maintain stock levels within agreed levels

 

Analysis

  • Analyse any fluctuations in sales to understand the reason and to support with more accurate forecasting for stock requirements
  • Provide monthly and yearly reporting analysis against the forecast to highlight any discrepancies and to provide commentary and actions required to improve accuracy on forecasts
  • Drive the identification and resolution of aged stock
  • Work closely with the sales team to gain specific customer insight to develop a more commercially astute demand forecast
  • Responsible for monitoring Sales against forecast, making adjustment where needed and communicating and short-term supply issues
  • Analysis of all external data relevant to the forecasting process to include market trends and seasonality

 

 

Administration

  • Preparing and submitting PO to replenish stock as required, avoiding insufficiency or excess
  • Check order confirmations received from suppliers
  • Amend PO's as advised by suppliers where there are stock issues
  • Respond to stock enquiries from other business areas

 

About You

The successful applicant will be well organised, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and it is essential that you are an effective communicator. You will have proven experience within a forecasting role and be experienced developing S&OP procedures. SAP experience would be an advantage.

HGV Class 2 Driver
 

We have exciting opportunity for an experienced HGV2 multi-drop driver to join Nectar Imports Ltd, a long established premium drinks wholesaler.

For well over 30 years Nectar have been the leading drinks supplier to the trade in the south based in Berwick St Leonard. We know the drinks business inside out and stock everything a bar will need from the latest craft beer to premium spirits, wines and soft drinks sourced from around the world.

We love the world of craft and artisan drinks producers and seek out hundreds of new innovative lines every year. We are known, not only for our amazing drinks portfolio, but for renowned levels of customer service which won't be beaten.

The Role

Our drivers are the heroes of the business, speaking to our customers on a daily basis, and they are renowned for their superb levels of customer service. On the road we are proud to have them represent Nectar - could you be the next member of our friendly, growing team?

You will be required to deliver our customers' orders by lorry safely and efficiently. As a company representative, you will provide the best delivery service possible, always in a courteous and professional manner.

The role is contracted to 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 5am. With no weekend work required.

About You

The successful applicant will hold a clean HGV2 licence and a valid CPC. You will be physically fit and ready to tackle a demanding role. London knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
