That team started over 30 years ago and there are still some of the original crew at Nectar today! Fiona and Mark Jukes, directors, started with a telephone, phone book, and a clear vision. They knew they had to provide the very best service they could to the drinks trade, from the range of products on offer to the delivery service they provided. There had to be different products, new and exciting, and the service levels had to be groundbreaking.

That ethos is still at the heart of Nectar today, and each team member plays their part in delivering that vision.

HGV2 Multi Drop Driver - Hindon, Wiltshire

The Role:
The HGV2 role is a full-time position, contract to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 5am. You will be expected to deliver orders safely, in good condition and efficiently to our customers across the South of the UK, ensuring the best delivery service at all times.

About you:

The successful candidate will hold a clean HGV2 licence and a valid CPC. You will also be physically fit and ready to tackle a demanding role.

Customer Services Executive
 

Customer Services Executive

The role:
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be tasked with providing frontline telephone and email support to our customers. You will quickly understand their bespoke requirements and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure a high standard of service and response. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and processing customer orders and resolving any queries
  • Working in close contact with other Nectar teams to ensure customer orders are delivered in time and in full
  • Contributing actively to achieving department service levels and targets
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Nectar's products and be able to share this knowledge with the customer
  • Identify opportunities to develop sales to existing customers by selling in additional products and categories in conjunction with Company objectives and strategy.

 

About you:
Successful candidates will have proven customer service skills and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build outstanding relationships with customers. You will have a good standard of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy. You will understand and demonstrate the skills required to work effectively in a team. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in the drinks industry is highly desirable.

Warehouse Operative Day Shift & Mid-Shift
 

Warehouse Operative (Day Shift)

The role:

To receive stock from suppliers ensuring it is all checked, confirming receipt and put away. To replenish stock for the pick team ensuring the site is clean and tidy. To ensure the warehouse operates in a safe and efficient manner and to maintain co-operative working relationships with all team members and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order picking
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Check incoming stock
  • Replenishment of stock
  • Checking and loading our vehicles
  • Ensuring pallet cards are kept updated

 

This is a busy and demanding position requiring a hard working, dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail. Full manual handling training is provided.

The role is contracted to 42.5 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

The successful applicant will have experience working in a busy warehouse, have a can-do attitude and be a strong team player

The role:

To pick orders for the follow days deliveries ensuring the site is clean and tidy. Ensuring the warehouse operates in a safe and efficient manner and to maintain co-operative working relationships with all members and colleagues.

 

Key responsibilities include;

 

  • Order picking
  • Pick onto pallets
  • Check orders to minimise errors
  • Wrap pallets

 

This is a busy and demanding position requiring a hard working, dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail. Full manual handling training is provided.

The role is contracted to 42.5 hours per week, 2pm - 11pm, Monday - Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Friday's.

The successful applicant will have experience working in a busy warehouse, have a can-do attitude and be a strong team player.

  • Salary of £18,991 per annum plus an annual bonus scheme
