A refreshingly different drinks supplier

Pink is everywhere in our world of drinks and that doesn't look set to change any time soon as one in four consumers regularly 'drink pink', here's a collection of perfectly pink hues that will be sure to fly off your bar!

When you think of pink spirits, our minds are instantly drawn to gin... however, kicking us off in a flurry of flavour is Black Cow's Strawberry Vodka. A beautifully smooth and easy drinking vodka that is made from locally sourced, leftover or misshapen English strawberries that would otherwise go to waste. Pressed and combined with Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka this is the taste of summer with delicate, honeyed floral notes. Delicious poured over ice or even with a splash of soda.

According to CGA data, on-trade sales of gin were worth £1.42 billion in the 12 months to mid-May 2019, we've seen a lot of distillers produce pink gin, here are a handful of our favourites.

As the veritable pink pioneer, Pinkster are busy encouraging gin lovers to focus on the flavour rather than just the colour of their fruity spirits. The core Pinkster Gin is distilled to their own recipe before they macerate with an additional three botanicals, including raspberries. Best of all, they recycle them, albeit slightly intoxicated, as Gin Jam, and Pinkster Royale, the perfect way to pimp up a prosecco, guaranteed to give your cocktails a delicious raspberry hit.

For a deeper rose hue  experience have you tried Edinburgh Gin's Bramble and Honey? A naturally flavoured gin that is rich and fruity with a warmth from the honey - a truly heavenly gin. Alternatively, their Rhubarb and Ginger Gin is a lighter pink with just as much flavour. Edinburgh classic gin is infused with tangy rhubarb and stem ginger to create a perfectly balanced and refreshing taste.

For refreshing G&T's serve with Indian Tonic Water, or for a twist try with Yuzu Tonic or Ginger Ale!

Inspired by their home on Falls Farm, Warner's Pink Raspberry Gin has been crafted to embody the bounty of the British countryside, with fresh raspberry and blackberry juice in every bottle and hand-picked elderflower from their farm hedgerows. Warner's rely on the generosity of nature: growing botanicals on the farm, as well as foraging botanicals from the surrounding countryside. Launching in partnership with People's Trust for Endangered Species (PTES), they are working hard to improve their local landscape through active conservation. Warner's Raspberry Gin is a platform for the distillery to raise awareness, protect their countryside and the creatures living within it, working tirelessly with PTES to safeguard the 130 conservation priority species that rely on hedgerows for food and shelter.

For a perfect G&T, serve Warner's Raspberry Gin with Fever-Tree Indian tonic water, garnish with a few blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint then raise a glass: to craft, to the land, to laughter, and loved ones.
