The inspiration for Wildcat gin begins in Georgian London - gin had become such a menage to society it had been outlawed. Captain Dudley Bradstreet, an Irish rogue and adventurer set upon a scheme to sell gin in secret under the sign of a black cat; a knock, a whispered word and money placed in the cat's mouth would see gin dispensed... fast forward to today, and Wildcat remembers this man through their delicious gin.
Wildcat has a spiced citrus taste from the addition of cat's claw botanical to a classic dry juniper taste. Best enjoyed after dark in a Classic Berry Temptation cocktail!
Classic Berry Temptation:
Shake the ingredients together, then strain into a glass with the crushed ice. Drizzle with creme de mure and garnish with the fresh fruit.

Taking inspiration from fruit that grows in the surrounding landscape, Scout and Sage forage for damsons, sloes, rhubarb and raspberries for their drinks. Distilled with ten botanicals, Scout and Sage London Dry gin includes Seville orange, pink peppercorn, cardamom and a subtle sweetness of cassia bark with hints of floral lavender from the compounds of the cubeb berries. They distill using a load of juniper so it has a lovely piney finish. Exactly what you want from a gin.

Puerto de Indias is a Premium Gin manufactured in Carmona (Seville) in one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in the province of Andalusia. With eight generations of distilling heritage, the Whitley and Neill families have been involved in the creation of fine spirits since 1762, using the very best ingredients from around the world.
As the son of a rector, J.J. Whitley spent most of his childhood in vicarages, firstly in Hereford and then in Daresbury, where he would play in Walton Hall Gardens. And it's this traditional, rural English background that became the inspiration for his singularly-crafted gins and vodkas.
As a family, the Whitleys were dedicated to cultivating their gardens and searching the hedgerows for thrilling new flavours indigenous to the countryside.
