Bramley & Gage Limoncello

This Limoncello is made using those same traditional methods. B&G steep the peel of fresh, ripe lemons for an intense hit of citrus with a slight hint of bitterness. We balance this acidity with sweetness, using pure cane sugar to complement the dominant lemon flavour. The result is a vibrant liqueur with a velvety mouthfeel, slightly reminiscent of lemon meringue. Ice cold, a shot of our Limoncello makes a bright and zesty palate cleanser – just right after a flavourful meal.
