Grape info: Sourced from ten different crus located mainly in the northern and southern areas of the Montagne de Reims, including the finest crus from in the Côte de Bouzy: Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours‑sur‑Marne.

About: Since 1968, Laurent-Perrier have pursued a mastery of the saignée method of rosé production to create their iconic Cuvée Rosé, obtaining a rich and subtle expression of Pinot Noir, characterized by its ripe red fruit aromas, a high intensity and great freshness.

Maceration lasts between 48 and 72 hours, extracting colour and aroma, revealing all the richness of the best crus of Pinot Noir.

Tasting Note: A fragrant nose of fresh strawberries, raspberries, red currants and black cherry. The supple and fresh palate opens to a mélange of textural red fruit flavours, round and structured with a hint of ripe stone fruit and spice.
