Plum and Ginger Garden Cider is made entirely from donated community apples, 100% fresh apple juice, naturally fermented and matured 6 months. Blended with natural plum juice and ginger extract. The Garden Cider Company makes a range of hand crafted premium ciders sourced from local, donated garden apples. Each year, they have over 4000 local households who bring them their spare garden fruit and in return receive a share of the cider made back for free. They take an abundant, largely wasted natural resource and turn it into sustainable, ethical and quality products.
