Ripping Yarns Silver Rum

On the Nose: Fresh light citrus fruit, lime, mint, dried herbs, fresh cut grass. On the Palette: Light tropical and citrus fruits, subtle hints of liquorice and molasses, excellent mouthfeel with notes of white pepper and sea salt in the lingering finish. Unusually smooth for a 40% ABV white Rum without the unpleasant "bite" of many other mainstream white Rums. A superb Rum with mixers or as the base for characterful cocktails.
