Grape info: Pinot Grigio’s light, pink coloured skins enable the production of delicate rosé wines, sometimes referred to as ‘blush’.Capable of producing a variety of styles, Pinot Grigio has proved one of Italy’s most popular exports over the last two decades.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain Pinot Grigio’s naturally delicate aromatics.

Tasting note: A lovely, delicate nose of white peach, strawberry and redcurrant. Well-balanced on the palate with notes of citrus, red fruits and a refreshing acidity.
