Wines
Sweetness: Dry
Grapes: Glera (Prosecco)
Grape info: Though Glera’s precise origins remain in dispute, its popularity does not. The great majority is used for sparkling and semi-sparkling production in the Veneto region of northeast Italy, most importantly in the DOCG of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. With enough sun exposure the grapes can develop complex, refined, characteristically light flavours with delicate floral aromatics.
About: Moinet combine a deep respect for tradition with a passion for technically advanced winemaking, utilising their extensive knowledge of terroir and wine-making culture to produce high-quality sparkling wines.
Tasting note: Delicate aromas of acacia blossom, wildflowers, yellow apples and exotic fruits. A well balanced, refreshingly light Prosecco.
Character: Light, citrus, floral
