About: Founded in 1831, Albert Bichot’s vineyards now encompass six estates that cover Burgundy from north to south. Working together with their grower partners, they practise sustainable viticulture with a commitment to converting fully to organic viticulture in the Côte d’Or.
The wine undergoes a six-month aging period on the lees in stainless steel tanks and texture and complexity.
Tasting note: This highly refreshing wine features notes of apple, lemon and pleasing minerality. The palate is round and generous with a refreshing, nervy energy.
