Grape info: Cabernet’s deep colour, high acidity and aromatics make an ideal counterpoint to Merlot’s soft attractive fruitiness. The two blend mellifluously, producing this light, fragrant rosé.

Tasting note: Deliciously fruit-forward on the nose with notes of forest fruits and red currants. The palate shows attractive notes of strawberry and cherry with a refreshing acidity and hints of raspberry and red apple.
