Wines
Sweetness: Dry
Grapes: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault
Grape info: Grenache Noir can produce some distinguished, herby rosés in Provence. Syrah adds a touch of body and fruit whilst Cinsault offers delightful, perfumed notes.
Info: Striving for excellence and consistency, Domaine Mirabeau’s winemaking philosophy has been to search out and work with some of the best vineyards in Provence. Since their first vintage, they have developed intimate relationships with some of the finest growers in the region.
Fruit for the Classic Rosé is harvested at night when temperatures are lower, helping to retain acidity and freshness in the grapes. A gentle press preserves delicate aromatics.
Tasting note: Pale peach colour with brighter pink reflections. Elegant on the nose, electrifying and rich, with aromas of cherry, vineyard peach, apricot, orange zest and freesia. A hint of strawberries and cream.
Character: Cherry, peach, apricot.
