About: Established in 1972 by Janet and Rodney Pratt, Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex was one of the first, and remains one of the most beautiful, English wine estates. Sitting on the same chalk basin that reaches all the way to Champagne, the team now grow champagne varieties to produce award-winning sparkling wines.
Aged for eighteen months in bottle, gaining complexity and breadth prior to disgorgement.
Tasting note:An elegant, single vintage, traditional method, sparkling rosé. Salmon pink in colour with fine bubbles. Floral and red apple aromas lead to red apple & cranberry on the palate with a bright, fresh finish and lovely length.
