Grape info: Harvested from a number of sites across Chablis, including the 1ère Cru, Côte de Léchet, to create balanced, expressive wine.

About: Established in 1970, Domaine d’Elise encompasses a 13.5 hectare plot on southeast-facing slopes, ranging from Milly to the top of the Côte de Léchet. Harvesting later than most to ensure full ripeness, Frederic Prain produces consistently good quality wines from low-yielding vines.

Wines are aged for seven months on the lees, adding texture and complexity.

Tasting note: Fresh citrus and mineral notes beautifully balanced by layers of warm rich fruit. Slightly creamy on the palate with apple and lime fruits and a refreshing acidity.
