Grape info: Grapes are sourced from both the Eden and Barossa Valleys marrying Shiraz’s structural tannins and weighty mid palate harmoniously with Cabernet’s aromatic profile to produce a wine of substantial power and finesse.

About: Fiercely independent, family-owned winemakers since1849, Yalumba showcase the best of the Barossa Valley. Now sixth generation winemakers, they continue their pursuit of excellence using the principle of minimal intervention to produce wines truly reflective of their terroir.

Matured for eleven months in a mix of French, Hungarian and American oak of various ages and sizes.

Tasting note: Bright and fresh with aromas of plums, cherries and brooding dark chocolate flavours from the shiraz, entwined in the red currant, blackcurrant and cedar flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
