Grape info: Grapes are sourced from both the Eden and Barossa Valleys marrying Shiraz’s structural tannins and weighty mid palate harmoniously with Cabernet’s aromatic profile to produce a wine of substantial power and finesse.

Matured for eleven months in a mix of French, Hungarian and American oak of various ages and sizes.
Tasting note: Bright and fresh with aromas of plums, cherries and brooding dark chocolate flavours from the shiraz, entwined in the red currant, blackcurrant and cedar flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
