Grape info: Syrah lends its signature soft tannins, weighty mid-palate and notes of leather, liquorice, and black pepper while Mourvèdre provides structural tannins and blackberry notes.

The Shiraz and Mourvèdre are picked separately at optimal fruit ripeness to ensure a vibrant fruit character. Fermentation is closely monitored in stainless steel tanks to ensure opulent flavour development and exceptional balance.

Tasting note: Rich black fruit, layered with spice on a smooth, lingering finish.
