Through the blending of natural flavourings of sweet British rhubarb with juicy Scottish raspberries, Fever-Tree have created a new, refreshing fruity tonic water, reminiscent of an English summer....it's perfectly pink and will add a touch sparkle to your festive menus this season.
The raspberries hail from Scotland's Strathmore Valley a region renowned for its high-quality soft fruit. Scottish raspberries have a fresh, sharp taste than those grown in warmer climates.
The 'Timperley Early' rhubarb is handpicked at a family farm in Norfolk. Harvested annually from April to early May and processed the same day, to preserve freshness. This brings a sweet and ripe flavour to the product reminiscent of classic childhood desserts such as rhubarb tarts & crumbles.

Fever-Tree is proud to say that all of its products sold in the UK are now carbon neutral.
They partnered with the Carbon Trust and other businesses in its supply chain to conduct a carbon footprint assessment on their entire production process. Based on this assessment, the company has started to offset its emissions by funding 'nature-based' projects in regions that make some of its key ingredients.
They also have a wider sustainability road map that included steps such as increasing the use of recyclable materials in their packaging, using renewable electricity to power their offices and increasing the amount of renewable energy used in the manufacturing and bottling process.
This is all part of their commitment to becoming carbon neutral across all territories by 2025.
