Highland Park 12 Year Old Whisky, otherwise known as Viking Honour, reflects the unique culture of the remote island home on Orkney. They honour the spirit of their Viking ancestors, sharing their pride, integrity and fierce independence, and distill this award-winning whisky to the same exacting standards introduced in 1798 by our founder, Magnus Eunson, a descendant of those early Viking settlers. Offering a light smoke flavour with heather and honey notes; Highland Park a versatile and approachable single malt.

Enjoy Highland Park over ice or in a tasty cocktail such as the Highland Park Whisky Fizz:

  • 50ml Highland Park 12
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Egg White
  • Soda or Irn Bru 

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin. Seal and dry shake. Fill with ice then shake for 15 seconds. Fill a chilled highball glass ¼ full with soda or Irn Bru. Fill glass with ice and strain ingredients over. Garnish with a lemon twist.

10 Year Old is the original Laphroaig, distilled the same way today as when Ian Hunter invented it more than 75 years ago. It is the foundation of all other Laphroaig expressions. In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour.

Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness. This full-bodied variant is the foundation of all Laphroaig expressions and comes with a long finish.

Laphroaig is the No. 1 peated whisky, it can be enjoyed neat, mixed with ginger ale or as a unique cocktail ingredient. 

Laphroaig Smoky French Martini

50ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice 

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with a fresh bramble.
