Ms. Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer is a product designed for cocktails and mixology. It serves as a replacement for egg whites in cocktails, providing a foam that's both allergen-free and shelf-stable.

This foaming agent can be used to create foam in cocktails, adding a unique texture and presentation element. It is particularly useful for classic foaming cocktails or creative foaming mixes. Some examples of uses are, Sours, Espresso Martinis & Pornstar Martinis. The former is activated by water so there is no need to dry shake, but it is advised when using any high fat content items like milk or cream.

The product is flavour-neutral when used correctly, ensuring that it doesn't impact the overall taste of the cocktail. It contains 40% alcohol, organic cane sugar, natural flavour extract, and botanical extracts.

The recommended usage is 10-12 droplets (0.3ml) per cocktail, with one bottle capable of making up to 400 drinks. For drinks with higher fat content, it may be necessary to use up to 1/3 of the pipette which will reduce the yield to around 300 drinks.

It's suitable for pre-batched cocktails and is vegan-friendly, allergen-free, avoiding ingredients like pea protein or aquafaba commonly used in vegan alternatives which can carry allergens.
