Grapes: Caladoc, Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle (Vermentino), Carignan, Clairette, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Colombard

Grape info: Caladoc produces full-bodied, deeply coloured and tannic reds but is also capable of making some delightfully fruity rose. Syrah adds further fruit while Carignan adds a perfumed aspect and Rolle some vital aromatics.

Info: Striving for excellence and consistency, Domaine Mirabeau’s winemaking philosophy has been to search out and work with some of the best vineyards in Provence. Since their first vintage, they have developed intimate relationships with some of the finest growers in the region.

This cuvée originates from parcels located in proximity to the Sainte[1]Victoire mountain range, facing various orientations, with a big diurnal range in summer. The limestone and argillaceous sandstone dominated soils bring good acidity and freshness to this premium IGP wine. Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration, before temperature- controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process.

Tasting note: Delicate pale peach colour. A fun and uplifting Rosé, bursting with raspberry and cherryaromas, followed by grapefruit and apricot. A fruit-forward taste profile with nice citrus acidity to provide balance and freshness.
