Made from 100% blue Weber agave harvested at peak maturity, it is slowly roasted, distilled, and rested for eight weeks and eight days in ex-American oak barrels. This short aging period allows the tequila to retain its vibrant agave character while gaining gentle layers of sweetness and spice from the wood.
