Grape info: Pinot Grigio’s light, pink coloured skins enable the production of delicate rosé wines, sometimes referred to as ‘blush’.Capable of producing a variety of styles, Pinot Grigio has proved one of Italy’s most popular exports over the last two decades.

About: Since the purchase of their first vineyard in Valpolicella in 1898, Sartori have dedicated themselves to the production of some of Verona’s foremost DOCs: Valpolicella, Bardolino and Soave. The Ca’ Marita represents a modern, easy-drinking style to be enjoyed in its youth.

Tasting note: Aromatic with delicate notes of citrus, strawberry and redcurrant. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with a soft, creamy finish.
