Info: Domaine de la Rouvière is a Provence producer based around Pierrefeu-du-Var, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Its wines reflect the region’s Mediterranean character, with classic Provençal varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grown on clay-limestone soils. Best known for refined, pale rosé, the domaine combines freshness, ripe fruit and gentle structure, offering an authentic expression of southern France’s sunshine, cooling breezes and limestone-rich terroir.
Made from classic Provençal varieties, the grapes are harvested cool, gently pressed after a short skin contact and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve their bright fruit and delicate floral character.
Tasting note: Pale salmon pink in the glass, Font Rouvière Rosé offers inviting aromas of ripe grapefruit, lime and fresh red berries. The palate is crisp and elegant, with flavours of strawberry, peach and citrus balanced by a refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
Character: Grapefruit, lime, raspberry
