Grape info: A native of Croatia (Tribidrag) and famous as Primitivo in southern in Italy, Zinfandel has perhaps found its highest expression in California. Here, it’s also used to produce floral off-dry rosés.

About: Home to thousands of acres of premium vineyards, the California wine region is renowned for making excellent wines due to its unique micro climate. Located in the Central Valley Delta this area produces ripe grapes which also benefits from cool ocean breezes that help retain fresh fruit aromas and structure.
