Grape info: 60 % Chardonnay, harvested from the Grand Crus of Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. 40 % Pinot Noir from Tours‑sur‑Marne, Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzy.

Info: Laurent-Perrier is celebrated for its particularly fresh, elegant and pure style. A high proportion of Chardonnay and an extended aging period lends the wines their signature finesse and balance.

Three exceptional years are selected for the Grand Siecle. A blend of predominantly Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Noir from a maximum of 11 Grands Crus is aged for 10 years on the lees.

Tasting note: A highly complex nose blending aromas of honeysuckle, candied lemon, hazelnut, and fresh almond, followed by notes of pastry, honey, and roasted tones. A vibrant, energetic, and captivating bouquet. A fresh and vibrant attack on the palate with flavours of ripe fruit, dried apricot, candied citrus, and hazelnut. The palate is long and harmonious, with a refined minerality, nuanced and vital.
