Made without oak and aged for seven months on full fermentation lees with regular bâtonnage, it is shaped by time and touch rather than wood. A full malolactic fermentation, combined with a careful blend of nine yeast strains, lends a creamy weight and depth, while preserving a vivid citrus core.

Tasting note: Pale gold in colour. The nose opens with citrus zest, white flowers and soft orchard fruit, layered with subtle lees-derived richness. The palate is creamy and textural with perfectly integrated acidity and a long, precise mineral finish.
