Info: Founded in 1928 by Octave Haton, Champagne Haton builds on over 400 years of winemaking expertise passed down through generations. Located in Damery, near Épernay in the Marne Valley, this independent, family-run house has seen remarkable growth over the past 10 years and is now regarded as one of the 5 most genuine family-owned Champagne producers. With 25 hectares of estate vineyards, 15 hectares under direct management, and sourcing from 60 hectares of prestigious terroirs, including Grand and Premier Crus, Haton crafts exceptional champagnes that blend tradition with modern appeal.
Tasting note: A fragrant, floral, and refined nose revealing aromas of rose and acacia blossom. After aeration, notes of citrus, cinnamon, dried flowers, roasted coffee, and toasted bread emerge. The palate is fresh and creamy, with floral and honeyed notes.
