Grape info: Syrah lends its signature soft tannins, weighty mid-palate and notes of leather, liquorice, and black pepper while Mourvèdre provides structural tannins and blackberry notes.

About: Riebeek Cellars are a community of families located in the Riebeek Valley, pooling their resources in order to access the best quality land, fruit and winemaking technology. The Shiraz and Mourvèdre are picked separately at optimal fruit ripeness to ensure a vibrant fruit character. Fermentation is closely monitored in stainless steel tanks to ensure opulent flavour development and exceptional balance.

Tasting note: Rich black fruit, layered with spice on a smooth, lingering finish.
