Grapes: Grenache Noir, Rolle (Vermentino), Cinsault

Grape info: Grenache Noir can produce some distinguished, herby rosés in Provence. Rolle adds citrus and floral notes and a keen refreshing acidity whilst Cinsault offers notes of violets and perfume.

Info: Striving for excellence and consistency, Domaine Mirabeau’s winemaking philosophy has been to search out and work with some of the best vineyards in Provence. Since their first vintage, they have developed intimate relationships with some of the finest growers in the region.

La Réserve is Maison Mirabeau’s organic and regenerative Cuvée. This limited production, single estate rosé displays its own fascinating personality and 30% of the profits of this year’s vintage will support the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation.

Tasting note: Notes of spice, roasted fruit, butter, brioche, as well as fresh fruit and floral notes. Partially aged in oak, adding a mellow, creamy texture.
