Grape info: Grown predominantly in central Italy and Sicily, Vermentino can be made in a variety of styles ranging from light and fresh to structured and alcoholic. Similarly, its aroma and flavour profile can vary considerably, encompassing, citrus, tropical or floral dimensions but always with a refreshing, marine finish.

About: A family-run enterprise since 1920, Cantini Minini have been developing relationships and cooperative projects with growers from many of Italy’s wine-producing regions for over 100 years. Breathing new life into ancient and unique vineyards across Italy, they seek to marry new technologies with tradition. Made on the southwest corner of the island where sea breezes mediate high summer temperatures, retaining freshness in the grapes.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks with minimal exposure to oxygen to retain Vermentino’s natural aromatic character.
