Born out of a desire to create high-quality alcohol-free wines, a vision shared by its founders David Hodgson and Will Willis, both wine trade veterans. David, who went alcohol-free for health reasons, and Will joined forces with their partner winery in Spain and a team of experts, including a leading Master of Wine, to develop techniques that redefine alcohol-free wine potential.
