At Ashgrove Farm in rural Wiltshire, an old barn was
converted into Gritchie Brewery using natural resources from the Estate to give
people a taste of Britishness into their beers.
Gritchie Brewery marry together old world traditions with
new world ingredients; specially selected hops, blended with classic varieties
and new breeds to help shape each of their beer's flavour, making them
well-rounded and sessionable.
