Grapes: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsaut, Tibouren

Grape info: With an attractive herby, spicey character, Grenache lends itself very well to rosé production. As does Cinsaut, adding a naturally aromatic, perfumed dimension alongside Syrah’s soft fruitiness and weighty mid-palate. The native Tibouren adds an earthy note with garrigue herbs.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry and strawberry on the nose with hints of dried herbs. A fresh and creamy palate with notes of violets, jasmine and sage, a refreshing acidity and hint of minerality.
