Although its sensitivity makes it challenging to grow, it is the very thing that makes it capable of almost unrivalled nuance. Its heady, perfumed character also makes it well-suited to the production of delicate rosés.

Tasting note:Brimming with delicious summer berry and a zesty freshness. The chardonnay gives this wine and lovely, zippy freshness, making it feel light and dry on the palate whilst the Pinots add beautiful summer fruit notes, with ripe red cherry, raspberry and strawberry all tempered by notes of aromatic herbs.
