Grape info: A blend of 85% Garnacha Tinta and 15% Pinot Noir. Garnacha lends its fresh, fruity profile balanced with Pinot Noir’s aromatics and vinosity.

About: Located near Barcelona, Vilarnau specialise in small-scale, artisanal production of exclusive, high-quality Cavas. With state-of-the-art premises designed around a sustainable approach to viticulture, they strive to produce the finest Cavas with the smallest environmental footprint.

Each variety undergoes a separate vinification before blending and a second fermentation in bottle. The wine undergoes a minimum of fifteen months aging, allowing the development of Cava’s signature broad profile and aromatics.

Tasting note: Very intense and with a great aromatic complexity; the nose offers violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. On the palate it is soft, creamy, fresh and elegant.
