Grape info: Chardonnay’s particular sensitivity to terroir and production techniques make it arguably the most versatile white variety in the world, capable of myriad styles ranging from lean and crisp to rich and spicey. Colombard add its fresh and floral vitality.

About: Modern and dry sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay and Colombard, giving tones of crispy Granny Smith apples, honey and lime. A youthful and elegant Chardonnay blend with high complexity and delicate bubbles. Blanc de Blancs is matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.

Tasting note: Notes of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus zest. The nose is lively and fresh, with a hint of nuttiness. Impressively balanced and youthful, with a hint of minerality on the finish.
