Inedit was created in 2008 by a team of sommeliers who believed in the need for a beer to accompany and compliment the varied flavours found in modern gastronomy. Made from Barley malt, wheat, hops, liquorice and orange peel, it is best served in a white wine glass no more than half full to fully appreciate it's complexity and aroma.
