Born of love, obsession and some degree of madness are the words to introduce newcomers to this gin which is regarded as one of the best in the world. Flown to Iceland for mixing with their pure water after distillation, demonstrating how obsessed with the quality of the gin the makers are. Made to a traditional London Dry Style in flavour profile and dryness, this gin uses a mix of ultra traditional distilling methods allied to Martin's own iconoclastic 'take' on gin distilling.
