Grape info: Capable of producing contrasting styles, ranging from rich and intensely flavoured (generally labelled Pinot Gris) to lean and crisp, Pinot Grigio has proved one of Italy’s most popular exports over the last two decades.
About: A family-run enterprise since 1920, Cantini Minini have been developing relationships and cooperative projects with growers from many of Italy’s wine-producing regions for over 100 years.
Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain Pinot grigio’s naturally delicate aromatics.
Tasting note: Light and delicate on the nose with hints of citrus, green apple and elderflower. The palate is fresh and youthful with notes of pear drops and white flowers.
